Professionals today are asked to communicate clearly, collaborate seamlessly, and navigate a chorus of communication styles, priorities, and expectations. Unmuted brings all of those skills together through the powerful theme of finding and using your voice—whether you’re speaking up in a meeting, partnering across departments, or needing clarity (and confidence) in moments that matter.
The day kicks off by tuning your communication skills. Participants explore the full communication loop, discover their natural communication style, and learn how to adjust their approach so their message isn’t just said—it’s heard exactly as intended. This foundation helps participants build a voice that’s clearer, stronger, and more adaptable than ever.
Next, we turn inward and turn up the volume on personal voice and presence. Through guided reflection and hands-on activities, participants uncover their strengths, values, and what they want to be known for. They begin shaping a personal narrative that feels authentic, energizing, and ready to be shared—because your strongest voice always starts from within.
In the afternoon, the focus shifts from your voice to the collective voice of your team. Marketing and business development rarely happen solo; success comes from engaging colleagues, gathering information with ease, and building real trust across departments. Participants learn practical strategies to collaborate more effectively, communicate needs without guesswork, and create shared success with the people they rely on every day. Think of it as moving from a solo performance to a well-rehearsed ensemble—minus the matching outfits.
The day wraps up with a dynamic, real-world panel discussion featuring practitioners who have lived the highs, lows, and “I really wish I’d known this sooner” moments. When voice meets reality, their stories bring the workshop’s themes to life and offer actionable takeaways that stick.
