Susan Young, CEO
Susan Young is an award‑winning CEO, executive facilitator, and A/E/C keynote speaker with 40 years of experience. She facilitates C-suite roundtables to address today’s executive communication challenges and leadership development gaps, enabling newer staff to improve operations, revenue, and impact. Earlier in her career, Susan was an on-air radio news reporter and anchor for 10 years, interviewing everyone from homeless people to presidents. She also co-managed the Office of Radio and Television for New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman. In addition, Susan was a public relations director for a statewide nonprofit. Susan, a native of New Jersey, now lives in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She has two grown children.
